Xenon Lighting

Products in the Xenon lighting family include flash (strobe) lamps and short arc lamps suitable for pulsed or continuous wave illumination applications. The high intensity, broad spectrum light producible by such lamps is used in photographic and analytical applications including colorimetry, chromatography, spectroscopy, and other applications where a high intensity, broad spectrum illumination source is desired. Note that xenon-bearing incandescent lamps are excluded.
