XC7S15-1FTGB196I Overview

A flexible and high-performance field-programmable gate array integrated circuit, or FPGA, from AMD Xilinx, is perfect for use in a variety of embedded applications. This FPGA is equipped with 1000 LABs/CLBs and 12800 logic elements/cells, making it easy to handle even the most complicated designs. It has a voltage supply range of 0.95V to 1.05V and is packaged in a 196-LBGA, CSPBGA. It may be used in difficult conditions because of its working temperature range of -40°C to 100°C. The FPGA also contains 368640 bits of total RAM, which makes it ideal for applications that need a lot of memory. This FPGA is surface mountable and comes in a tray container.
