The AT89C4051-24SU is a low-power, high-performance CMOS 8-bit microcontroller unit (MCU) manufactured by Microchip Technology. It is based on the popular 8051 microcontroller architecture and is designed for a wide range of embedded control applications.

Description:

The AT89C4051-24SU features 4KB of on-chip Flash memory for program storage, 128 bytes of on-chip RAM, and 24 I/O lines. It operates with a single 4MHz to 24MHz crystal oscillator and has a 5V supply voltage. The device is available in a 28-pin small outline package (SOP).
