The AT89C5115-SISUM is a low-power, high-performance CMOS 8-bit microcontroller unit (MCU) with 8K bytes of in-system programmable Flash memory, manufactured by Microchip Technology. It is based on the popular 8051 microcontroller architecture and features a range of integrated peripherals and enhanced functionalities.

Description:

The AT89C5115-SISUM is a member of the AT89C51 family of microcontrollers. It comes in a small-outline integrated circuit (SOIC) package with a lead count of 28. The device operates with a supply voltage range of 4.0V to 5.5V and has a clock frequency of up to 24 MHz.
