AT89C5131A-TIRUL Description

The AT89C5131A-TIRUL is a low-power, high-performance CMOS 8-bit microcontroller unit (MCU) manufactured by Microchip Technology. It is based on the enhanced 8051 microarchitecture and is designed for a wide range of embedded control applications.

Description:

The AT89C5131A-TIRUL features 128K bytes of in-system programmable Flash memory, 4K bytes of SRAM, and 1K bytes of EEPROM. It operates with a single 8MHz to 32MHz crystal oscillator and can be powered by a wide range of supply voltages (2.7V to 6.0V). The device is available in a 100-pin TQFP package.

  12. 16-bit automatic address increment for data space.
  13. 64 interrupt sources with 5 priority levels.
  14. On-chip voltage regulator and brown-out detection/reset.
  15. Up to 33 general-purpose I/O pins, including 5 input-only pins for analog inputs.
