The AT89C51RC-24AU is a low-power, high-performance CMOS 8-bit microcontroller unit (MCU) manufactured by Microchip Technology. It is based on the popular 8051 microcontroller architecture and is designed for a wide range of embedded control applications.

Description:

The AT89C51RC-24AU features 8K bytes of in-system programmable Flash memory, 256 bytes of RAM, and 128 bytes of EEPROM. It operates with a single 24 MHz crystal oscillator and has a wide operating voltage range of 4.0V to 5.5V. The device is available in a 44-pin PDIP package.
