Description:
The AT89LP216-20XU features 8KB of in-system programmable Flash memory, 128 bytes of RAM, and 64 bytes of EEPROM memory. It operates with a single 2.7V to 5.5V power supply and has a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The device is available in a 20-pin SSOP package.
