AT89LS51-16PI Description

The AT89LS51-16PI is a low-power, high-performance CMOS 8-bit microcontroller unit (MCU) manufactured by Microchip Technology. It is based on the Intel 8051 microcontroller architecture and features 16KB of in-system programmable Flash memory, which can be programmed using a regular in-system programmer or by using the Microchip bootloader.
