Description:

The ATMEGA325P-20MU is a low-power, high-performance 8-bit microcontroller based on the AVR enhanced RISC architecture. It features 32 KB of In-System Programmable Flash memory, 2 KB of In-System Programmable SRAM, and 1 KB of EEPROM. The microcontroller operates at a frequency of 20 MHz and is available in a 44-pin QFN package.
