ATTINY20-SSUR Description

Description:

The ATTINY20-SSUR is a low-power, 8-bit microcontroller (MCU) from Microchip Technology's TinyAVR family. It features an 8-bit AVR core with 2KB of in-system programmable flash memory and 128 bytes of internal SRAM. The device operates at a frequency of up to 16 MHz and is available in a 6-pin SOT-23 surface-mount package.
