Description:

The ATTINY2313-20SU is a surface-mount, 20-pin microcontroller that features a high-performance 8-bit RISC architecture. It has 16 KB of In-System Programmable Flash memory, 1 KB of EEPROM, and 1 KB of SRAM. The device operates at a frequency of up to 20 MHz and has a wide operating voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V.
