The ATTINY26-16SU is a low-power CMOS 8-bit microcontroller based on the AVR enhanced RISC architecture. It is designed for a wide range of embedded control applications. The device combines 16KB of In-System Programmable Flash memory with read-while-write capabilities, 512 bytes of EEPROM, 1280 bytes of SRAM, and a host of enhanced I/O and features.
