ATTINY441-SSU Description

The ATTINY441-SSU is a low-power, high-performance 8-bit microcontroller (MCU) from Microchip Technology's TinyAVR series. It is based on the enhanced AVR core with a maximum operating frequency of 20 MIPS.

Description:

The ATTINY441-SSU is available in a surface-mount SOIC8 package. It features 4KB of In-System Programmable Flash memory, 256 bytes of EEPROM, and 256 bytes of internal SRAM. The device also includes a variety of peripherals and interfaces, such as a USART, SPI, I2C, and up to 19 programmable I/O pins.
