ATTINY44A-MUR Description

The ATTINY44A-MUR is a microcontroller unit (MCU) produced by Microchip Technology. This device is part of the AVR Enhanced series and is based on the low-power ATmega48/88/168 device series.

Description:

The ATTINY44A-MUR is a low-power, high-performance 8-bit microcontroller with a large number of features and peripherals. It is housed in a 44-pin QFN (Quad Flat No-leads) package, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.

  1. CPU: 8-bit AVR CPU with a maximum operating frequency of 20 MHz.
  2. Memory: 4KB of In-System Programmable Flash memory, 256 bytes of EEPROM, and 256 bytes of SRAM.

  4. ADC: 8-channel 10-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) with up to 11 input channels.

  6. Timers: 2 8-bit Timer/Counters with PWM and Input Capture/Output Compare modes.
  7. Clock System: Internal RC oscillator with a frequency range of 16 MHz to 20 MHz, and an external clock source option.
  8. Power Management: Sleep mode and Power Reduction features to minimize power consumption.
  9. Security: JTAG interface for debugging and programming, and a unique 128-bit serial number for identification.
  10. Operating Voltage: 1.8V to 5.5V.
