Description:

The ATTINY84-20MU is a compact, 28-pin microcontroller that features a high-performance 8-bit RISC architecture. It has 8 KB of In-System Programmable Flash memory, 512 bytes of In-System Programmable EEPROM, and 6 KB of SRAM. The device operates at a frequency of up to 20 MHz and has a wide operating voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V.
