    ATTINY85-20SU Description

    The ATTINY85-20SU is a microcontroller unit (MCU) manufactured by Microchip Technology. It is a part of the AVR Enhanced series of 8-bit MCUs and is based on the low-power AVR RISC architecture. The ATTINY85-20SU is available in a 20-pin SOIC (Small Outline Integrated Circuit) package.

    Description:

    The ATTINY85-20SU is a low-power, high-performance microcontroller with 8 KB of In-System Programmable Flash memory, 512 bytes of EEPROM, and 512 bytes of SRAM (Static Random Access Memory). It operates at a supply voltage range of 2.7 V to 5.5 V and has a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.

    12. Internal and external interrupts with configurable interrupt priorities.
    13. Brown-out detection and reset feature.
    14. In-System Programming (ISP) and In-Application Programming (IAP) capabilities.
