    ATTINY87-XU Description

    The ATTINY87-XU is a low-power, 8-bit microcontroller (MCU) from Microchip Technology's TinyAVR series. It is based on the enhanced AVR architecture, which provides high computational performance and efficient power consumption. The ATTINY87-XU is available in a 8-pin PDIP package.

    Description:

    The ATTINY87-XU features 8 KB of In-System Programmable Flash memory, 512 bytes of In-System Programmable EEPROM, and 512 bytes of internal SRAM. It operates at a core frequency of up to 16 MHz and has a wide operating voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V. The device is designed for use in a variety of applications, including battery-powered devices, where low power consumption is crucial.
