The ATXMEGA64C3-MHR is a microcontroller unit (MCU) from Microchip Technology's AVR XMEGA family. It is a high-performance 8-bit MCU with a 64KB In-System Programmable (ISP) flash memory, 4KB In-Application Programmable (IAP) EEPROM, and 4KB SRAM.
