The PIC12F509-E/P features an enhanced mid-range PIC® MCU architecture with 1k words of Flash program memory, 68 bytes of RAM, and 256 bytes of EEPROM data memory. It operates with a 4 MHz maximum oscillator frequency and has a 14-pin PDIP (Plastic Dual In-line Package) or SO (Small Outline) package option.
