The PIC16C67T-20/L is a 14-bit microcontroller with a clock speed of up to 20 MHz. It features an enhanced mid-range core with increased instruction execution speed and lower power consumption. The device is available in a 28-pin PDIP (Plastic Dual In-Line Package) and operates over a wide supply voltage range of 2.0V to 5.5V.
