Description:

The PIC18F2620-I/SP is a 16-bit Flash microcontroller with a rich set of integrated peripherals and features. It is based on the enhanced mid-range (EMR) architecture, which provides high code density, fast execution speed, and low power consumption. The device comes in a 40-pin surface-mount plastic quad flat package (PQFP).

  9. Operates over a wide supply voltage range (2V to 5.5V) and temperature range (-40°C to +85°C).
