Description:

The FAN7390MX is a highly integrated, high-efficiency, step-down switching regulator that operates from an input voltage range of 4.5V to 38V. It can deliver an output current of up to 3A and features a wide range of output voltages from 0.9V to 24V. The device is available in a compact, thermally enhanced, PowerPAD3™ package, which provides excellent thermal performance and ease of use.
