The NCV8187AML180TAG is a 16-lead, 3mm x 3mm, WLCSP (Wafer Level Chip Scale Package) with a thermal pad for efficient heat dissipation. It features a dual full-bridge gate driver with independent high-side and low-side channels, each capable of driving two N-channel MOSFETs.
