This MCU is based on a 32-bit Power Architecture® e200z0 core, which provides high computational power and efficient power management for demanding automotive applications.

Description:

The SPC564L70L3BCOSY is a member of the STPower™ family of automotive microcontrollers. It features a high-performance 32-bit Power Architecture® e200z0 core with a clock speed of up to 70 MHz. The MCU is fabricated using a 130nm BCD (Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS) process, which allows for high integration and low power consumption.

Features:

  1. Core: 32-bit Power Architecture® e200z0 core with a clock speed of up to 70 MHz.
  2. Memory: Up to 1.5 MB of Flash memory and 256 KB of RAM.
  3. CAN-FD (Controller Area Network with Flexible Data-Rate) interfaces for high-speed communication.
