The BAV99 from Taiwan Semiconductor Corporation is a high-performance general-purpose diode array featuring a 1-pair series connection configuration. Designed for surface-mount (SMD) applications, it is housed in a compact SOT-23 package and supplied in Tape & Reel (TR) for automated assembly. This diode offers a maximum reverse voltage (Vr) of 70V, a forward voltage (Vf) of 1.25V at 150mA, and a low reverse leakage current of 2.5µA @ 70V, making it efficient for low-power circuits.
