The Texas Instruments DRV5021A3EDBZRQ1 is a highly integrated gate driver with high-side and low-side gate drive for power switches in motor control applications. Description:

The DRV5021A3EDBZRQ1 is a monolithic gate driver IC that integrates high-side and low-side gate drivers, dead-time control, desaturation detection, and other protection features into a single package. It is available in a 3.3mm x 3.3mm QFN package.
