Description:

The LM5020MM-2/NOPB is a synchronous, step-down converter that uses a constant on-time control scheme to regulate the output voltage. It features a low 70µA quiescent current and offers a wide range of output voltages from 0.9V to 12V. The device is available in a 20-pin, 3mm x 4mm QFN package.
