The UCC28089D is a monolithic step-up converter that offers a high level of integration and flexibility. It features a proprietary Active Clamp Forward (ACF) topology, which allows for high efficiency and low component count in power supply designs. The device is available in a thermally enhanced 28-pin PowerSSO-28 package.
