The CAT25M01 is a high-performance serial 1-Wire EEPROM manufactured by onsemi, offering 1 Mbit of non-volatile memory storage organized in 128 Kbytes of user data with 16-byte pages. It operates over a wide supply voltage range of 2.7 V to 5.5 V, making it suitable for both low-power and standard voltage applications.
