PTX30W

PTX30W is a high-performance power transistor manufactured by Renesas Electronics Corporation, designed for efficient switching applications in power management systems. It features a maximum drain-source voltage (VDS) of 30 V and a continuous drain current (ID) of up to 15 A, making it suitable for handling moderate to high power loads.
