The ISO6731 is a high-speed, isolated gate driver from Texas Instruments designed for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs in high-frequency switching applications. It features a 5 kV RMS isolation barrier, ensuring robust electrical isolation between the control circuit and the power stage, which is critical in industrial, automotive, and consumer power systems where safety and noise immunity are paramount. This device supports a wide operating supply voltage range of 3.0 V to 5.5 V on the low-side (primary) side and up to 15 V on the high-side (secondary) side, enabling flexibility in system design.
