The ISO7741-Q1 is a high-reliability, quad-channel digital isolator manufactured by Texas Instruments, designed for robust performance in automotive and industrial environments. It features four independent isolation channels, each capable of transmitting data at speeds up to 100 Mbps, ensuring fast and reliable signal transfer across isolated voltage domains. The device operates with a wide supply voltage range of 3.0 V to 5.5 V on the primary side and supports 3.0 V to 5.5 V on the secondary side, offering flexibility in system design. This isolator employs advanced silicon dioxide (SiO₂) insulation technology, providing a minimum isolation voltage of 5 kV RMS for 1 minute, which meets stringent safety standards such as UL 1577 and IEC 60747-17. Its ultra-low propagation delay—typically less than 12 ns per channel—ensures precise timing control in high-speed communication systems.
