LM5164-Q1

The LM5164-Q1 is a high-efficiency, wide-input-voltage synchronous buck converter designed for automotive and industrial applications. It supports an input voltage range from 4.5 V to 60 V, making it suitable for demanding environments such as automotive battery systems, industrial power supplies, and solar energy converters. The device features integrated high-side and low-side MOSFETs with low RDS(on) to minimize conduction losses and improve thermal performance.
