XC7A25T-L2CPG238E Overview

XC7A25T-L2CPG238E provides a comprehensive suite of design tools. The FPGA module is available for download and comes in a 238-LFBGA, CSPBGA package with 150 I/Os for efficient data transfer. It contains 23360 logic elements and can be connected to a development board through the Surface Mount-slot connector. A battery is used to power the FPGA chip which operates at a voltage range of 0.87V~0.93V. This particular FPGA belongs to the Artix-7 series and should be operated within a temperature range of 0°C~100°C TJ. The Tray model of this FPGA saves space and it offers a large memory size with a RAM bit size of 1658880. Additionally, it has 1825 integrated LABs/CLBs.
