Description:
The AT89C5121-ICSUL features 128KB of in-system programmable Flash memory, 4KB of EEPROM, and 4KB of SRAM. It operates with a single +2.7V to +6.0V power supply and has a typical operating current of only 5mA. The device is available in a 100-pin LQFP (ICSUL) package.
