The AT89C5121-ICSUL is a low-power, high-performance CMOS 8-bit microcontroller unit (MCU) manufactured by Microchip Technology. It is based on the enhanced 8051 microarchitecture and is designed for a wide range of embedded control applications.

Description:

The AT89C5121-ICSUL features 128KB of in-system programmable Flash memory, 4KB of EEPROM, and 4KB of SRAM. It operates with a single +2.7V to +6.0V power supply and has a typical operating current of only 5mA. The device is available in a 100-pin LQFP (ICSUL) package.
