The AT89LP51IC2-20AAU features 128KB of in-system programmable Flash memory, 8KB of SRAM, and 1KB of EEPROM memory. It operates with a single +2.7V to +5.5V power supply and has a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The device is available in a 20-pin SSOP package.
