The AT90S1200-4SI is a surface-mount, 28-pin microcontroller that operates at a frequency of up to 4 MHz. It features 8KB of in-system programmable Flash memory, 256 bytes of EEPROM, and 1KB of static RAM (SRAM). The device also includes a 16MHz RC oscillator, a watchdog timer, and a brown-out detector.
