AT90USB1287-AU is a microcontroller unit (MCU) produced by Microchip Technology. It is a member of the AVR Enhanced I/O family and is based on the 8-bit AVR RISC architecture. Description:

The AT90USB1287-AU features 128KB of In-System Programmable Flash memory, 16KB of In-System Programmable SRAM, and 4KB of EEPROM. It operates at a maximum frequency of 16 MHz and has a wide operating voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V. The device is available in a 44-pin TQFP package.
