Description:

The AT90USB162-16AU is a 16 MHz, 16 KB flash memory MCU with a USB interface. It features a high-performance 8-bit RISC CPU with 32 general-purpose working registers, a powerful instruction set, and a highly optimized pipeline. The MCU is available in a 44-pin QFN package.
