ATMEGA1284P-AUR Description

Microchip Technology's ATMEGA1284P-AUR is a low-power, high-performance 8-bit microcontroller based on the AVR enhanced RISC architecture. It is designed for a wide range of applications, including industrial control, medical equipment, and consumer electronics.

Description:

The ATMEGA1284P-AUR features 128KB of In-System Programmable Flash memory, 16KB of SRAM, and 4KB of EEPROM. It operates at a frequency of up to 16 MHz and has a wide operating voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V. The microcontroller is available in a 44-pin TQFP package.
