Description:

The ATMEGA8A-AN is an 8-pin PDIP (Plastic Dual In-Line Package) version of the ATMEGA8A microcontroller. It features 8 KB of In-System Programmable Flash memory, 1 KB of EEPROM, and 1 KB of SRAM. The microcontroller operates at a maximum frequency of 20 MHz and has a wide operating voltage range of 1.8 to 5.5 volts.
