Description:

The ATMEGA16-16AU is a low-power CMOS 8-bit microcontroller based on the AVR enhanced RISC architecture. It features 16 KB of in-system programmable Flash memory for program storage, 1 KB of EEPROM, 1 KB of SRAM, and 23 general purpose I/O lines. It operates at a frequency of up to 16 MHz and has a wide operating voltage range of 1.8-5.5 volts.
