Microchip Technology's ATMEGA1608-XUR is a high-performance microcontroller unit (MCU) that is designed for a wide range of applications. Description:

The ATMEGA1608-XUR is a 8-bit AVR microcontroller with 160KB of In-System Programmable Flash memory and 6KB of SRAM. It has a wide operating voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The device is available in a 64-pin QFN package.
