The ATMEGA4809-MUR is a microcontroller unit (MCU) produced by Microchip Technology. It is part of the AVR Enhanced series of MCUs and is based on the low-power ATmega4808/4809.

Description:

The ATMEGA4809-MUR is a high-performance, low-power MCU with a broad range of features and capabilities. It is housed in a 64-pin TQFP (Thin Quad Flat Package) package and operates at a frequency of up to 16 MHz.

  2. Up to 48 KB of In-System Programmable Flash memory with read-while-write capability
  3. 6 KB of In-System Programmable SRAM

  7. Nested vectored interrupt controller with 31 interrupt sources
  8. On-chip debug system with JTAG interface
  9. Two 16-bit timer/counters with 8-bit resolution and complementary PWM outputs
  10. Two 8-bit timer/counters with 8-bit resolution
  11. Two 12-bit ADCs with up to 24 channels
  12. Two USARTs with RS232/RS485 hardware support
  13. One SPI interface
  14. Two I2C interfaces
  15. One USB 2.0 full-speed interface with integrated PHY
  16. Power management with sleep mode, power reduction, and BOD/LVD
