Description:

The ATMEGA4809-MU is a high-density, 8-bit AVR microcontroller with a high-performance 32 MHz CPU and 512 KB of In-System Programmable (ISP) flash memory. It features a 16 MHz internal oscillator, 64 KB of SRAM, and 8 KB of EEPROM. The MCU is available in a 48-pin, 0.4 mm pitch, QFN (Quad Flat No-leads) package.
