Description:

The ATMEGA809-AF is a 48-pin, low-power CMOS 8-bit microcontroller based on the enhanced AVR RISC architecture. It features a high-speed embedded nonvolatile program and EEPROM memory, an I/O interface with internal pull-up resistors, and a system boot mode that allows for fast wake-up times.
