ATTINY2313A-MU Description

The ATTINY2313A-MU is a low-power, high-performance 8-bit microcontroller (MCU) from Microchip Technology. It belongs to the AVR Enhanced I/O (AEI) family of MCUs, which are designed for a wide range of applications that require small size, low power consumption, and high computational performance.

Description:

The ATTINY2313A-MU is available in a 20-pin μMAX® package. It features an enhanced Harvard architecture with separate instruction and data buses, allowing for efficient code execution and reduced power consumption. The MCU operates at a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and has an extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
