ATTINY427-MUR Description

The ATTINY427-MUR is a low-power, 8-bit microcontroller from Microchip Technology's TinyAVR series. It is designed to provide high performance and energy efficiency in a small package, making it ideal for a wide range of applications.

Description:

The ATTINY427-MUR features a 4 MHz internal RC oscillator, 8 KB of in-system programmable flash memory, 512 bytes of EEPROM, and 512 bytes of SRAM. It also includes a JTAG interface for easy programming and debugging. The device operates on a supply voltage range of 2.7 V to 5.5 V and is available in a 16-pin QFN package.
