ATTINY824-XU Description

The ATTINY824-XU is a low-power, 8-bit microcontroller (MCU) from Microchip Technology's TinyAVR series. It is based on the enhanced AVR architecture and is designed for a wide range of applications that require low power consumption and small form factor.

Description:

The ATTINY824-XU features 8 KB of In-System Programmable (ISP) Flash memory, 512 B of In-System Programmable (ISP) EEPROM, and 512 B of internal SRAM. It operates at a core frequency of up to 16 MHz and has a wide operating voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V. The device is available in a 16-pin QFN package.

  13. Programmable watchdog timer with window mode.
  14. Up to 8 programmable timer/counters with various modes and options.
  15. Enhanced Bootloader with In-System Programming (ISP) and In-Application Programming (IAP) capabilities.
