ATTINY814-SSF Description

Description:
The ATTINY814-SSF is a low-power, 8-bit microcontroller from Microchip Technology's AVR series. It is housed in a surface-mount SOIC8 package and operates with a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V. The device features 8 kB of In-System Programmable Flash memory, 512 bytes of In-System Programmable EEPROM, and 6 kB of SRAM.
